双辉渗金属高速钢的研究

摘    要:利用中国独创的双层辉光离子渗金属技术,在普通低碳钢及低合金钢表面渗入所需合金元素,再经渗碳,形成具有高速钢成分的渗层,即在钢的表面形成高速钢,称为双层辉光离子渗高速钢(简称双辉渗高速钢)。由于这是一种固态冶金法,没有由于结晶而形成的粗大一次碳化物,合金层中的碳化物细小且分布均匀,避免了传统的冶炼、锻轧高速钢生产中难以克服的碳化物不均匀问题。合金元素供给源采用粉末冶金法制成,可根据实际需要调整其组分配比,从而获得一系列具有不同成分的高速钢渗层

Abstract:Xu Tec process is a new method of surface metallurgy. A series of alloyed layers with the composition similar to that of high speed steels can be produced on the surfaces of low carbon or low alloy steels by Xu Tec process and following carburizing. As a solid state surface metallurgy method, the Xu Tec process is a diffusion process. Without the formation of coarse primary carbides resulted from crystallizing, the carbides in the alloyed layers formed by Xu Tec process are fine and uniform. There is no problem of nonuniformity of carbide distribution encountered in the production of conventional high speed steel by smelting and forging. The proportion of the alloy elements supply source made by powder metallurgy technique can be adjusted flexibly according to practical needs, so a series of alloyed layers with the desired alloy contents can be obtained.
