| 摘 要： | 介绍了PPGIS的基本概念,建立了公众参与的适宜性分析模型,给出了基于PPGIS的城市规划决策系统的设计方案,并结合污水处理厂选址演示了该系统实现城市规划的步骤。结果表明:基于PPGIS进行城市规划的方法为公众参与城市规划决策提供了新的思路和途径,提高了城市规划决策的科学性。 |

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the basic concept of PPGIS,constructs the public participating suitability analysis model,puts forward the design scheme for urban planning decision system based on PPGIS and demonstrates the steps for achieving the urban planning with the system according to site selection of sewage plant.The results show that the urban planning method based on PPGIS provides the public participated urban planning decision with new ideas and approaches,and greatly improves the degree of public participation,then making urban planning decision more scientific and democratic. |
