| 摘 要： | 在对指标无量纲化方法、权重系数确定方法和综合评价方法比较研究的基础上 ,提出了把功效系数法的值域从 6 0 ,10 0 ]改变为 0 .4 ,1],使指标无量纲化方法与综合评价方法相一致 ;在权数确定时 ,采用 0～ 1评分法 ,避免了指标赋权的自相矛盾并且引入系数 9,实现了 0～ 1评分与九分位比例刻度的顺利转换 ;在灰色关联度综合评价中 ,引入权数和系数 10 0提高了评价方法的合理性和实用性

| Abstract: | On the basis of the contrast research on infinitude no dimension method,affirmatory method of weight modulus and comprehensive evaluation method,we come up with the conclusion of changing the value region of method of effect coefficient from60,100] into0.4,1] throush,no demention method which corresponds to the comprehensive evaluation method;when weight number is decided the adoption of 0-1method makes it possible to avoid the self-contradiction of index giving weight with the introduction of modulus 9,at the same time to switch propitiously 0~1 method over to nine division scale;on the comprehensive evalvation of grey relevant degree ,the use of weight number and modulus 100 increase the rationality and practicability of the method. |
