| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the passive millimeter wave (MMW) radiometer detection, the ground target radiation cross section is modeled as the new token for the target MMW radiant characteristics. Its ap- plication and actual testing are discussed and analyzed. The essence of passive MMW stealth is target radiation cross section reduction. |
