| Abstract: | Concept of Stem cells and embryonic stem cells and their developmental course are discussed.The characteristics of avian development,methods of isolation and culture of avian stem cell in vitro,selection of the feeder cells,condition medium and requirement of specific growth factors are mainly introduced.The commercial application of avina ES cell in the areas of biomedical and breeding are discussed,too. |
