| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一种新型减振元件—轴承减振弹性套圈。文章研究了在振动环境下套圈对轴承的保护作用及其机理;并用有限元法对套圈的受力、变形进行了计算,从而提出套圈的设计参数,同时对其压力位移关系进行了测试;文章最后给出套圈对轴承减振作用的对比试验。试验结果表明,套圈的隔振效率可达48.5%。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a new vibration absorber-absorbing elasticring of bearing.It studies protection of the elastic ring for bearing un-der vibration and its mechanism.Stress and strain of the ring are com-puted by finite element method and the design parameters of the ring areput forward in the paper.The relation between force and dispacement isalso tested.Finally,contrastive tests on vibration isolation of the ringfor bearing have been given in the paper.It is shown that the efficiencyof vibration absorption of the ring can be achieved 48.5% |
