| Abstract: | The template-active Chromatin arom the silkgland of an theraea Yamamai larvae of the 5th instar had been transforred into the fertilized eggs of BombyxMori by three technigue of Microinjection. Microbeam Laser and tarticle Bombardment. Survival rate of eggs are increased srom ten Percent to ghirty percent by di-gestion before microinjection and high O_2 ligurd culture after microinjection. At theSame time, that of eggs reach ninety Percent by microbeam laser of Particle bombard ment that is first used to Bombyx Morieggs in the homeland. |
