| Abstract: | The paper discusses the concept and type of antidpatory breach in comparision with anticipatory breach and repudiation, and illustrats the provisions concerning United Nations convention on Contracts for The International Sale of Goods. Meanwhile it also demonstrates the necessity of establishing the theory of anticipatory breach in our contract law and puts forword some ideas concerned. |
