青年女性红细胞压积正常参考值与中国地理因素的主成分分析

摘    要:为制定中国青年女性红细胞压积正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。收集了中国1 33个地区用温氏法 (wintrobe)测定的 8486例健康青年女性红细胞压积正常参考值 ,研究了其与地理因素的关系。结果 :通过偏相关分析发现海拔高度是影响青年女性红细胞压积正常参考值的最主要因素 ,随着海拔高度的逐渐增大 ,青年女性红细胞压积正常参考值也在逐渐的增大 ,偏相关系数ry1 ,2 345 =0 40 2 ,相关性最显著。用主成分回归分析的方法推导出一个回归方程 :^y=5 1 39+ 0 0 0 1 833x1 - 0 0 0 1 748x2 - 0 0 1 95 3x3- 0 3673x4- 0 0 0 0 8331x5± 4 96如果知道了中国某地的地理因素 ,就可以用回归方程估算这个地区的青年女性红细胞压积正常参考值。依据青年女性红细胞压积正常参考值与地理因素的依赖关系把中国分为青藏区 ,西南区 ,西北区 ,东南区 ,华北区 ,东北区等 6个区。

Abstract:In order to supply a basis for uniting the reference value standard of Chinese young women's hematocrit.Methods:a research is made about relationship between the reference value of 8486 examples Chinese healthy young women's hematocrit and five geographical factors in Chinese 133 areas,which are determined by the way of wintrobe laws.Results:It is found that altitude is the main factor affecting the reference value of Chinese young women's hematocrit by making use of partial correlations.As the altitude increases gradually,the reference value of Chinese young women's hematocrit also increases gradually,and the partial correlation(ry1,2345=0.402)is quite significant.Applying the method of principal component regression analysis,one regression model is given out:=51.39+0.001833x-0.001748x-0.01953x-0.3673x-0.0008331x4.96Conclusion:If geographical values are obtained in some areas,the reference value of Chinese young women's hematocrit of this area can be reckoned using regression equation.Furthermore,according to the similarity of the reference value of Chinese young women's hematocrit,taking the altitude as the main dividing basis and considering effects of other geographical factors and population distribution,China can be divided into six regions:Qingzang,Southwest,Northwest,Southeast,North China and Northeast region.
