稳定低液限粉土路面底基层的施工研究

摘    要:粘粒含量很少的低液限粉土或含砂低液限粉土做稳定土路面底基层,目前施工实践较少,本文结合江苏省宁靖盐高速公路工程实践,根据适宜稳定该种土的水泥石灰粉煤灰稳定类型确定了稳定方案,通过室内外试验研究,在掌握延迟压实、压实度不足、施工方法不合理等对其影响的基础上进行了施工工艺的改进和工程质量的控制;得到了对该种稳定材料较为适宜的施工方法及其质量控制技术,这对我国高速公路实体工程路面底基层的施工具有现实的指导意义。

Abstract:At present, there is seldom construction application of the stabilized earth road subbase using low-liquid-limit silt soil or sandy-silt soil with few fine clay fractions. In this paper, we first adopt the stabilization pr oject on the basis of the suitable stabilized kind for this soil — lime-cement -flyash stabilization in engineering of Nanjing-Jingjiang-Yancheng expressway . Then, through the experiments of engineering construction, and considering the influence of delayed-compaction, lack of compactness and unsuitable constructi on methods, we improve the construction program and enhance the quality control for these stabilization materials. Finally we obtain the suitable construction m ethods and quality control technique.
