| Abstract: | A system design of an error-correctlng code is expounded in this paper,and more detail concerning the properties of this system and the pattern of communication in public telegram communication network are also introduced,in which the stress is put on the structure of communication software,design idea and the composition of information for encryption,decryption and error-correcting. |
