| 摘 要： | 高校心理健康教育工作关系到大学生的健康成长与成材。分析了部分地方性院校学生心理健康教育工作中存在问题,诸如机构设置、师资队伍建设、课程设置的特色、校园心理文化建设以及心理健康教育的管理体制和运行机制等方面的缺陷。并针对问题进一步提出了改进策略。

| Abstract: | Psychological health education is key to college students'' healthy growth and success. This paper
analyzes the problem in local colleges and universities students on psychological health education work, such as
institutional settings, teachers team construction, curriculum features, campus culture construction, the mental
health education management system and operational mechanism. This paper puts forward improvement strategy
hoping to provide valuable reference for local colleges and universities in psychological health education work. |
