水煮工艺对白芍重金属含量影响的研究

摘    要:目的:对不同水煮时间及同一锅水不同煮制次数对白芍中五种重金属Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu含量的影响进行分析研究。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法测白芍中Pb、Cd、Cu的含量,采用原子荧光法测白芍中As、Hg的含量。结果:白芍中Pb、Cu的含量受水煮时间的影响较大,Cd、As、Hg含量受水煮时间的影响较小。白芍中Pb、Cd、Cu的含量受同一锅水不同煮制次数的影响较大,而As、Hg的含量受同一锅水不同煮制次数的影响较小。结论:应在达到水煮的要求前提下,尽量缩短水煮时间;在煮制过程中,尽量一锅水煮一次白芍就要换水。

Abstract:Objective: To analysis the heavy metals content of Paeoniae Radix Alba on the effects of the differentwater boiling time and circulating frequency. Methods: The contents of Pb, Cd and Cu are detected by the AtomicAbsorption Spectrophotometry. The contents of As and Hg are detected by the Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry.Results: The contents of Pb, Cu in radix paeoniae alba is strongly influenced by boiling time. The contents of Cd, Asand Hg in radix paeoniae alba is less influenced by boiling time. The contents of Pb, Cd and Cu in radix paeoniaealba is strongly influenced by decoction times under the condition of the same water. The contents of As, Hg in radixpaeoniae alba is less influenced. Results: the boiling time should be as shorter as possible with the precondition offully requirements of the decocting technology. Try to change water every decoction times.
