中国复合调味品产业的现状与发展趋势

摘    要:复合调味品是指用两种或两种以上调味品为主要原料制成的产品。回顾了中国复合调味品的发展概况,阐明了目前复合调味品具有方便化、新颖化、多元化等特点,根据市场现状提出了复合调味品在生产和销售中出现的问题并提出了解决方案,同时探讨了复合调味品在未来的发展趋势。

Abstract:The compound condiment is made as the main raw material with two or more than two kinds of seasoning products. This paper reviews the development of Chinese compound condiment. The compound condiment currently has the advantages of convenient, innovative and diversified. This paper has put forward the solutions, and discusses the compound seasoning development trend in the future according to the market situation of compound seasoning in the production and sales.
