“人才孵化基地”校企合作订单班人才培养模式探讨 ——以商务英语专业为例

以市场需求为导向,通过开展校企合作专业人才培养项目,建立商务英语人才孵化基地,直接为第三方订单企业输出职业人才。针对商务英语专业"人才孵化基地"校企合作订单班人才培养模式应用中存在的问题和不足,从人才培养目标优化、专业课程体系与内容改革、教学过程创新的视角,提出可行性实践策略。

Discussion on Talent Training Mode of "Talent Incubation Base" in College-Enterprise Cooperation Class: Taking Business English Major as an Example

College-enterprise cooperation aimed at professional talent training can provide professional personnel for third party order business, meeting the market demand, with the help of Business English Talent Incubation Base. This paper puts forward some feasible practice strategy for the training objectives, optimization, reform, curriculum system and teaching content after analyzes the problems and deficiencies of talent training mode in Business English major in Anhui Occupational College of City Management.
