工程机械在大气环境下金属腐蚀因素的灰关联分析

摘    要:基于灰色理论中灰关联分析方法,解析了大气环境因素对工程机械中常用金属腐蚀的影响。根据灰关联度的计算结果,在诸多影响因素中找出了影响6种机械常用金属被腐蚀的主要因素,分别为相对湿度、雨水pH值、潮湿时间和温度。分析结果与理论和现场试验结果基本一致,为工程机械金属防护提供了依据。

Abstract:The influence of some environmental factors on the corrosion of steels used in construction machinery was studied by the grey relationship analysis methods.The main factors affecting the six kinds of steel used in the construction machinery was proposed according to the result of the grey relationship analysis.They are the relatively humidity,rainwater pH,humidity time and temperature.It is proved that the theoretical analysis results are in accordance with those of the actual experiments.At the same time,it proposes the basis to protect the steel corrosion of the construction machinery.
