| 摘 要： | 建设项目质量形成于项目建设的整个过程。在项目实施过程中，强化过程控制与管理，对于提高项目整体质量就显得至关重要。本文从项目的实施过程入手，从施工准备阶段、施工过程阶段、施工验收阶段三个阶段入手，探讨如何强化过程控制，提高项目整体质量。

| Abstract: | The quality of construction projects formed in the whole process of construction projects.In the process of project implementation,and strengthen the process control and management to enhance the overall quality of projects it is essential.In this paper,starting with the implementation of the project process,from the preparatory stage of construction,during construction phase,the construction phase of three phases starting with acceptance on how to strengthen the process control and improve the overall quality of the project. |
