| 摘 要： | 人工影响天气是深受地方政府和老百姓欢迎的一项公益事业，但是人工影响天气是需要具备一定的条件的，不是什么样的天气条件都可以做。文章主要通过对人工影响天气作业项目、作业条件、作业方法及其产生的影响和发展状况加以说明，使大家对人工影响天气有进一步的了解。
