| 摘 要： | 以40名篮球专选班的男生为实验对象,在实施18周篮球教学的前后,对手腕和肘关节动觉方位准确性进行研究,分析篮球教学对优势手方位准确性的影响。结果发现：1、篮球教学可以有效地提高手腕和肘关节的动觉方位准确性;2、手腕和肘关节外展动作的角度误差要大于内收的误差。
