| 摘 要： | 外资物业服务企业无一例外都以提供物业经营和物业管理综合服务为特色,寓经营于管理服务之中,体现出卓越的专业水准和市场竞争实力.而较多的本土物业服务企业却经营意识薄弱,忽略物业经营,这非常不利于物业服务企业的发展和壮大.文章从中国目前物业经营现状分析入手,提出了拓展物业经营收益的四种途径.
