摘    要:针对非晶合金变压器铁心片厚度小和电阻率高的低空载损耗的特性,提出了一种改进的铁心重量及空载损耗计算方法;该方法基于Sigmoidal函数对非晶合金单位损耗曲线进行最小二乘拟合,针对铁心柱和铁轭具有不同的磁感应强度值分别进行空载损耗计算。通过对不同容量非晶合金变压器的改进计算,与试验所得数据进行对比。结果表明,改进的Sigmoidal曲线拟合及分区计算空载损耗较传统的经验公式计算误差小,更加接近实际,所提出的非晶合金改进计算方案是切实可行和有效的。

Abstract:Aiming at the characteristics of low no-load loss on amorphous alloy transformer core with low thickness and low resistivity, an improved calculation method of core weight and no-load loss for amorphous alloy transformer under low no-load is proposed in this paper. The method is based on the Sigmoidal model for least square method fitting of amorphous alloy loss curve. For iron core and yoke with different magnetic flux density values, no-load loss were calculated respectively. Through the different capacity of amorphous alloy transformer calculation, the experimental data were compared. The results show that the improved Sigmoidal curve fitting method and separately calculation the no - load loss are much less error than the traditional empirical formula, which is more practical. The improved calculation of the amorphous alloy is practical and effective.
