铵梯炸药作功能力的铅壔试验与数值模拟研究

摘    要:采用数值模拟与铅壔试验相结合的方法,对铵梯炸药(55%/45%)的作功能力进行了研究。其中铵梯炸药(55%/45%)的JWL状态方程参数通过简易计算得到。模拟和试验的结果表明:试验测得铵梯炸药(55%/45%)的作功能力大小为377 m L,模拟结果为348.3 m L,且模拟结果显示铅壔内孔扩孔形状和大小与试验结果较为一致。可见,利用ANSYS/AUTODYN模拟的铅壔扩孔过程与试验结果吻合程度较高。从数值模拟的过程中可以看出,数值模拟软件ANSYS/AUTODYN给出了很多试验和理论计算无法观察到的现象和无法计算得到的数据,为深入研究炸药在铅壔中爆炸的过程和机理提供了平台。

Abstract:Numerical simulation combined with lead block test was conducted to study the strength of AN-TNT explosive(55%/45%). The parameters of JWL state equation of AN-TNT explosive(55%/45%) are obtained by simple calculation. Simulation and test results show that the strength of TNT explosive (55%/45%) was measured to be 377mL,and the simulation result was 348.3mL. And the simulation results showed that the shape and size of the lead hole were the same as the experimental results. Therefore, the results of ANSYS / AUTODYN simulation are well coincided with the lead block test results. From the numerical simulation process, it can be seen that the numerical simulation software ANSYS / AUTODYN gives a lot of phenomena that can not be observed and can not be calculated by experience and theoretical calculation. It provides a platform for further study on the mechanism and process of the explosive blast in the lead block.
