鼠笼弹性支承的刚度计算及其影响因素的分析

摘    要:为了更加准确地计算出鼠笼弹性支承的刚度值,基于鼠笼弹性支承受力特性、鼠笼的加工方法和理论公式的推导等,进行了鼠笼弹性支承刚度的计算和影响因素分析。首先,在现有计算公式的基础上,结合鼠笼的加工方法和几何关系对理论计算公式进行了进一步的推导;然后,结合实验测试分析了鼠笼半径对鼠笼弹性支承计算刚度值的影响;最后,对比了推导公式和现有公式的计算准确性。研究结果表明:鼠笼半径对鼠笼弹性支承计算刚度值的影响较小,同时推导公式比现有公式计算的结果更加准确。

Abstract:In order to more accurately calculated squirrel cage elastic support stiffness value, Calculated and analyzed the influenced factors of the squirrel cage elastic support stiffness based on the squirrel cage elastic support mechanical characteristic, squirrel cage processing method and the theoretical formula is deduced,. First of all, on the basis of the existing formula, have been deduced further the theoretical calculation formula combined with cage processing method and geometrical relationship; Then, analyzed the influence of cage radius to squirrel cage elastic support stiffness calculation; Finally, Compared the calculation accuracy of formula derivation to the existing formulas combined with the experimental test. The results show that the radius of squirrel cage has little effect on squirrel cage elastic support stiffness calculation, at the same time the calculated result of deduced formula is more accurate than the existing formula.
