中药复方提取液对促进拟南芥植物生长影响的研究

研究《景岳全书》中"五柴胡饮"提取液对在不同培养条件下拟南芥的生长指标的影响。以模式植物拟南芥为研究对象,比较在不同给药体积、不同给药方式、不同给药次数及不同给药浓度提取液的培养条件下拟南芥的各项生长指标,主要包括根长、株高、生物量、叶片个数及叶绿素含量的检测。当在培养基培养时,50 m L培养基中加入提取液0.2 m L时,其促进生长作用最大;当在土壤中培养时,以喷洒叶片为给药方式时,提取液与水比例为1∶50,给药两次,其促进生长作用最大。在一定的给药条件下,提取液对拟南芥的生长有促进作用。

The Research for Effects on traditional Chinese medicineextracts to promote the growth of Arabidopsis thaliana

[Objectives] Effects of Five Radix Bupleuri Drink of JingYue cyclopedia on the growth index of Arabidopsis thaliana under Different Culture Conditions [Methods] Model plant arabidopsis thaliana as the research object, select root length, plant height, biomass,leaves number and chlorophyll as the growth indexes .The plant cultured under different culture conditions with different volumes, different methods, different times and different concentrations of the extract. [Results] The results showed that Arabidopsis thaliana growth in the medium,medium 50ml add 0.2ml Extracts,which promotes the growth of the largest..When soil culture spraying leaf extract and the water ratio is 1:50, dosing twice, its role in promoting the growth of the maximum. [Conclusions] Under the certain conditions, the extracts could promote the growth of Arabidopsis thaliana.
