摘    要:本文给出了β相Cu基合金在固溶化处理和轧制过程中,B和B+Ti孕育对试样晶粒生长的后作用的研究结果.根据相应试样的断裂性能、断口形貌和含B析出物的分析,探讨了它们的后作用机理.最后,提出了获得优质Cu ZnAl形状记忆合金材料的最佳工艺.

Abstract:The aftereffects of the inoculation by B and B + Ti additions on the B-phase copper-base alloys during solid solution treatment and the rolling process are investigated by tensile test, optical microscopic analysis, transmission electron microscopic analysis, scanning electron microscopic anal- ysis and shape memory effect technique. It is shown that grain coarsening of B-phase copper-base alloys can be effectively neutralized by inoculation of B and B + Ti and a specimen of l50~200um fine grain structure has been obtained. With the grain refined, not only is the fracture strength of the specimen increased from 300 Mpa to 500 MPa, but also the fracture appearance is converted from inter-granular fracture into a trans-crystallike one. Good shape memory effect is also achieved. The best technical process for obtaining high quality CuZnAl shape memory alloys is proposed.
