摘    要:基于对空客A320的结构分析,开展了大型商用飞机结构简化和建模方法研究,建立了结构较为详细的飞机有限元计算模型,确定了适当的网格尺寸;通过将飞机撞击刚性靶体的数值模拟结果与Riera理论计算结果进行对比,验证了所建立的大型商用飞机有限元计算模型的合理性以及数值计算方法的可靠性.该大型商用飞机有限元计算模型可用于飞机冲击载荷特性的进一步分析,也可直接用于飞机撞击作用下结构响应安全性评价的数值模拟.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the Airbus A320 aircraft structure, the study on the simplification and modeling method of large commercial aircraft has been carried out. The finite element calculation model of large commercial aircraft is established and the appropriate mesh size is chosen. By comparing the numerical simulation and the theoretical calculation results, the rationality of the finite element model of the commercial aircraft and the reliability of the calculation method are verified. The finite element calculation model of the large commercial aircraft can be used for analyzing the impact loading characteristics of the aircraft. Numerical simulation of the structural response safety evaluation under the impact of aircraft can be directly performed.
