| Abstract: | The negotiation of normalizing Japan-South Korea diplomatic relations lasted 14 years(1951-1965).The U.S.,as a mediator,made the negotiation between Japan and South Korea became tri-lateral talks in fact.To some degree,the Vietnam War was one of the main outside forces which promoted Japan and South Korea to normalize their diplomatic relations. |
