| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代,加强对科技成果转化的法律保护日趋重要.论述了科技成果商品化、产业化、国际化的法律保护,指出只有如此,才能全面落实科学发展观,实施科技兴国和可持续发展战略,提高科技成果转化率,加强国际合作与交流,真正发挥科学技术第一生产力的作用.

| Abstract: | In the knowledge-based economy times, it becomes more and more important to strengthen the legal protection of the conversion of the scientific and technological achievements. This paper mainly discusses the legal protection of the commercialization, industrialization and internationalization of the scientific and technological achievements, and points out that only doing so can implement the concept of the scientific development, carry out the strategy of developing the country by the science and technology and the strategy of the sustainable development, increase the conversion rate of the scientific and technological achievements, strengthen the international cooperation and exchange, and give full play to the primary productivity of the science and technology. |
