| 摘 要： | 阐述了社会现代化和教育现代化的概念，从英国和德国的比较，分析了教育现代化和社会现代化的关系，探讨了德国最终超过英国成为欧洲资本主义头号强国的原因，指出中国作为一个发展中国家，可以从德国的成功经验中得到启发。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the concepts of the social modernization and educational modernization education, and based on the comparison of Britain and German, probes into the reasons why German can become the first super power in European capitalist world over Britain, and points out that China being as a developing country can take inspiration from successful experiences of Germany education. |
