| Abstract: | Pascal fraction is the important part in the fractional theory,it is used in studying problem with self-similar structure.Urban planning with the location of various social activities,is the object of research where it is dificult to analyze and process the miscellaneous patterns by classical model.This paper discusses how to set the Pascal fractional model of urban planning. |
