| 摘 要： | 由矩阵束理论，将有限复平面和ｓ＝∞系统零点在Ｋｒｏｎｅｃｋｅｒ形下统一定义与计算。引入ｓ＝∞不变零点概念，证明了ｓ＝∞系统零点与ｓ＝∞不变零点个数相同的结构特性。

| Abstract: | By using the matrix pencil theory, finite and infinite system and invariant zeros can be unifiedly defined on the Kronecker canonical form. In an irreducible system at the infinite point of a complex plane ,the equivalence of the number of infinite systems zeros and that of invariant zeros at infinite is proved. |
