摘    要:从成熟滤柱中成功筛选出3种具有去除Mn2+效果较强的革兰氏阳性细菌,并对其生理生化特性进行详细研究.3种菌体适宜生长的pH值和温度范围很广,在富营养和贫营养条件下都可以良好生长,并对Mn2+去除效果很好,去除率均在86%以上,去除率增高阶段对应菌体的对数生长期阶段.采用聚乙烯醇和海藻酸钠混合包埋的方法将菌体包埋,制成的固定化颗粒机械强度高,传质性能好;固定化颗粒与廉价河砂混合填埋的柱子对贫营养模拟水中的Mn2+去除效果很好,3种菌体最大去除率均大于85.6%.
