加长喷嘴钻头井底压力场的实验研究

摘    要:用实验的方法对加长喷嘴钻头的井底压力场进行了研究,用计算机绘制了并底压力分布图,通过分析,得出了井底压力随直径比的变化规律。研究表明,加长喷嘴井底压力分布比普通喷嘴的高压区和低压区更集中;两加长喷嘴组合随着喷嘴直径比的减小,井底液流场不断得到改善,两加长喷嘴的最佳直径比为0.0.4~0.7.对于两长一短喷嘴组合,若固定普通喷嘴直径,当满足一定条件时,最佳直径比区间为0.4~0.7.

Abstract:The cleaning effect of fluid jets on the surface of bottom holes depends on the velocity distributions and the pressure distributions of the fluid jets at the bottom holes.The bottom pressure fields of fluid jets with extended nozzles were studied by means of the tests,and the distributions of the pressure fields were drawn with computer.The patterns of the pressure fields of fluid jets with the different ratio between nozzle diameters were obtained.Based on the test results,the ranges of the optimum ratio between extended nozzle diameters were recommended.
