| Abstract: | The fundamental theory of effect evaluation to atmosphere environment was analysed in this paper.On this basement,the repeated transference,calculation and correction of multi-parameter were finished through Delph programming in the overhead point source diffusion model.The accuracy and pract icality of this model were verified in the actual example. |
