在线医疗问诊中医生的身份构建

（南京理工大学外国语学院，江苏 南京 210094) ［摘要］基于语用身份理论，以春雨医生网站中40个在线问诊会话案例为语料的研究表明:在线医疗问诊中，医生构建的专家身份占主导地位，但趋于弱化；偏离身份如朋友身份、普通人身份和服务提供者身份逐步凸显。网络医疗环境的特点，如emoji表情的使用，使医患双方的权势关系和社会距离发生微妙的变化，给医生建构多元化身份、发扬人文关怀提供了很好的平台。建议在网络语境下，医生在问诊的过程中，应充分考虑患者的心理需求，构建最有利于当前交际目的的身份。

Identity Construction of Doctors in Online Medical Consultation

  Abstract:Based on the theory of pragmatic identity,the present study of 40 online medical conversation cases from the website of Chunyu Yisheng shows that,in online medical consultation,the identity of experts constructed by doctors still dominates but tends to weaken,while the identity of friends,ordinary people and service providers are becoming prominent.The characteristics of the online medical communication,such as the use of emoji expressions,make subtle changes in the power relationship and social distance between doctors and patients,and provide a good platform for doctors to construct diversified identities and promote humanistic care.It is suggested that in the online context,doctors should fully consider the psychological needs of patients during the consultation process,and construct the identity that is most conducive to the doctor patient communication concerned.
