真空接触器电磁机构仿真模型的构建

摘    要:为解决故障数据获取困难的问题,采用脉冲宽度调制技术控制线圈电压,建立由运动的衔铁、静止的铁芯、线圈和基座组成的真空接触器U形直动式电磁机构模型。Maxwell动静态仿真得出线圈电流曲线、衔铁位移曲线、衔铁速度曲线、电磁吸力曲线、线圈电感曲线和静态磁感应强度图,并与实测结果进行对比发现,仿真与实测曲线特征值的误差在4%以内,表明仿真模型具有较高的精度,有一定工程应用价值。

Abstract:To solve the difficulty in obtaining fault data,a U shaped direct electromagnetic mechanism model of vacuum contactor consisting of moving armature,stationary core,coil and base is established by using PWM to control coil voltage.Maxwell dynamic and static simulations result in coil current curve,armature displacement curve,armature speed curve,electromagnetic suction curve,coil inductance curve and static magnetic induction intensity diagram.Compared with the measured results,the error between the simulated and measured curve eigenvalues is less than 4%,which indicates that the simulation model has high accuracy and some application value.
