摘    要:本文针对配网中引入高比例风电、光伏等新能源引起的电压波动问题,提出基于电压稳定度的优先选址和改进粒子群算法的储能系统选址规划。首先以电压稳定度为指标,选出配网中部分相对稳定性较弱的节点,进行优先选址;然后以系统日有功损耗最小为目标,由改进的粒子群算法对储能系统的容量优化配置问题进行求解。最后对改进的33节点配电网系统进行仿真,验证该方法在储能选址定容工作中的有效性和可行性,为含高比例新能源的配网进行储能电站选址定容问题提供参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the voltage fluctuation caused by the introduction of new energy such as high proportion wind power and photovoltaic in the distribution network, this paper proposes the priority location based on voltage stability and the location planning of energy storage system based on improved particle swarm optimization algorithm. Firstly, taking the voltage stability as the index, some nodes with relatively weak stability in the distribution network are selected for priority location; Then, aiming at minimizing the daily active power loss of the system, the capacity optimal allocation problem of the energy storage system is solved by the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm. Finally, the improved 33 node distribution network system is simulated to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of this method in the location and capacity of energy storage power station, which provides a reference for the location and capacity of energy storage power station in the distribution network with high proportion of new energy.
