| Abstract: | Although MPS is the teaching equipment,but its constituent bodies control components are industrial devices,while the MPS can simulate control environment close to the actual production process,the structure is simple,intuitive and useful features,easy to practice teaching.Reference procedures are given by the majority of MPS device manufacturers through the auxiliary relay programming,program steps,complicated structure of the program is not conducive to the students to understand and grasp.Based on this,the article put forward the design of product storage unit sequence control program.The program is simple,convenient to debug,and a good second programming.And the FX software was applied for programming,debugging of the control system,the feasibility of the MPS product storage unit control system programming was confirmed. |
