一种新型的智能控制在锅炉控制中的应用

针对国产中、小型电站锅炉燃烧系统参数时变、严重非线性、干扰因素复杂、耦合严重、模型不易确定等问题,应用一种新型的智能控制,解决了系统可控性差,难以实现稳定自动运行的问题.符合我国国产中、小型电站锅炉运行自动化、智能化的要求,可以取得理想的控制效果和良好的经济效益.同时对于提高它们的热效率,降低耗煤量和环境污染具有一定的现实意义.

Application of a new kind of intelligent control in boiler control system

Aiming at such problems in the combustions systems of homemade middle and small boilers,as a complex system with characters of dead zone,time variation,serious non-linearity,much time delay,serious coupling and a lot of disturbances,this paper presents a new kind of intelligent control,by which stable automatic running is realized.The result demonstrates that this control system satisfies the automatic and intelligent demands of operation of the boilers of homemade middle and small power stations and achieved ideal control effect as well as good economic benefit.In addition,it can improve their thermal efficiency and cut down the consumption of coal and pollution.
