摘    要:在国产GGX-600型原子吸收分光光度计上采用微量进样技术,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了小白鼠红细胞、血清、肝、肾、脾、肺、心脏和大脑中铅的含量。实验结果表明该方法铅在0.050~1.000μg/mL呈良好线性关系,r=0.9997,方法平均回收率97.4%,RSD=4.2%,特征浓度为0.0916μg/mL,检出限为0.0500μg/mL。方法操作简单,重现性好,结果准确且待测样品用量少。

Abstract:In this paper, the determination of Pb in Blood Red Cell, Blood Plasma, Liver, Kidney, Spleen, Lung, Heart and Cerebrum by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry with micro-Sampling is described. An average recovery of 97.4% was obtained with a RSD of 4. 2% and r = 0. 9997 in the range of 0. 050-1. 000μg/mL. The detection lime it was 0. 0500 μg/mL.
