| 摘 要： | 企业财务分析可分为外部分析与内部分析，二者既有联系又有区别。现行企业财务分析学应更名为财务报表分析学，其相关内容要根据外部财务分析的目的进行调整.内部财务分析作为财务管理的基本方法之一，其有关内容可并入财务管理学中，是财务管理学的一个重要组成部分。

| Abstract: | Enterprise financial analysis can be classified into external and internal analysis which are different as well as connected. The current enterprise financial analysis shold be renamed as financial statememt analysis, its relative content should also be adjusted according to external aim of financial analysis. As one of the basic method for financial management, the internal analysis,being an important component of financial manapement, can be merged into the theory of financial management. |
