职业倦怠是当今社会普遍存在的一个职业现象,也是困扰我国中小学体育教师的一个问题,找到了中小学体育教师的职业倦怠成因,就等于迈出了解决我国基础教育的这一大难题的第一步。本文作者对我国中小学体育教育中实际情况进行分析,认为中小学体育教师工作量大、工作烦躁,付出和收入不对等,社会对体育的偏面认识和个人缺陷是产生职业倦怠的主要原因。

Burnout is a common profession phenomenon in today society. And also it is a problem which puzzled our country primary and secondary school teachers. By founding the causes of the teachers in primary and secondary school burnout,It means that the resolution of China's basic education the first step in this major problem. The author analyses the actual situation in our country primary and secondary school. Then proposes that heavy workload,work fidgety,unequal pay and income,Community for the one-sided understanding of P.E and Personal defects are the main reasons caused P.E teachers in primary and secondary school burnout.
