膜电极热压条件对直接甲醇燃料电池性能影响的研究

摘    要:该研究以Nafion 115为质子交换膜,利用热压法制备膜电极(MEA),对直接甲醇燃料电池进行了性能测试。实验结果表明,不同的热压温度及压力下制备的膜电极在单电池性能测试中表现出不同的极化曲线性能,优化膜电极制备温度及压力可有效地改善直接甲醇燃料电池的性能。

Abstract:MEA based on Nafion 115 have been fabricated by hot-pressing method for DMFCs. The unit cel tests of MEA that hot pressed under different temperature and different pressure present different polarization curves. The results of the cel tests show that optimization of MEA fabrication temperature and pressure wil improve the performance of the cel .
