中国先进研究堆01地下室送风系统改造技术方案

摘    要:01地下室送排风系统属于反应堆厂房通风空调系统中的子系统。在中国先进研究堆(CARR)调试阶段运行过程中,发现室外湿热空气进入01地下室各工艺间后,在墙壁及运行设备上凝结大量冷凝水,影响运行设备安全。该文在分析了现场环境条件、设备安装情况下,提出了对01地下室送风系统的技术改造方案,在送风机箱上改装冷冻除湿单元等。经改造后调试试验证实,01地下室湿度明显降低,无大量冷凝水出现,排除了影响设备安全运行的隐患。同时,加装的电加热器也有效解决了,冷冻除湿装置投入后,01地下室工作环境温度较低的问题。

Abstract:The send and exhaust air system in No.01 basement is part of the ventilation and air conditioning subsystem of reactor hall. During the commissioning of China Advanced Research Reactor(CARR) a lot of condensated water appeared on the wall and the surfaces of equipments in No.01 basement because of infall of outdoor hot and humid air ,so it had bad influence on safety running of equipments .The paper puts forward to a detailed technical modification scheme of the subsystem considering in-site environmental condition and equipment installation state which includes changing a frozen dehumidification unit etc .The commissioning test results had verified that the humidity in N.01 basement decreased obviously and no condensated water was saw after the modification.So relative hidden safety troubles was ruled out. At the same time a electroheater installed on the system solved effectively the low environmental temperature problem after runing the a frozen dehumidification unit.
