| 摘 要： | 通过在超声波作用下及其他的提取工艺的对比，可知超声波作用可以快速高效的提取桑葚中的红色素；并且实验分析了外在环境对桑葚红色素稳定性的影响，得到了储存桑葚红色素的一般环境。
