| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法。从武术套路运动员最佳心理状态和赛前状态焦虑对比赛成绩相关影响的角度加以分析，找出竞技武术套路运动员心理状态的变化规律，制定相应的训练方法和调控对策。
