全金属板条波导内的微扰场

摘    要:根据电磁场微扰理论对一种新型的全金属板条波导CO2激光器的波导内部的电磁场微扰进行了计算分析,结果表明,这种不规则形状的板条波导结构,由于微扰出现在电场较弱的区域,因此腔的固有频率是降低的.在导体微扰的缝隙内,大部分导体表面与原有电场方向垂直,不引起微扰体附近的电磁场变化.

Abstract:The tiny disturbing field in a new type of all-metal slab waveguide of CO2 laser is calculated and analyzed by means of electromagnetic filed theory. The result indicates the inherent frequency will decrease when the tiny disturbance appears in the area where electric field is weak. In the aperture of the tiny disturber, the most of the conductor surface is vertical with the direction of the former electric field, thus it can not change the electromagnetic filed of the tiny disturber.
