摘    要:采用分散剂协同沉降法纯化凹凸棒石,利用粉末X-射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对其进行表征.结果表明:在添加分散剂焦磷酸钠、加热温度为40 ℃、中速搅拌下,纯化的凹凸棒石粒径分布比较均匀,分散性比较好,为疏松的暗白色棒状晶体,棒径约为80 nm.在采用硅烷偶联剂KH-570对其进行疏水改性后,对用改性凹凸棒石制备的Pickering乳液进行了研究.结果表明:改性凹凸棒石的加入量和油水比均对Pickering的稳定性有较大的影响,且可以通过调节改性剂KH-570的用量来实现对以凹凸棒石单独稳定的Pickering乳液的类型转换与控制.

Abstract:The attapulgite is Purified by dispersant co-sedimentation method,and the purified attapulgite is characterized by X ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that after adding dispersant sodium pyrophosphate,heating temperature 40 ℃,stirring at medium speed,the particle size distribution is more uniform and the dispersity is better.The purified attapulgite is loose and white rod crystal with diameter of 80 nm.The Pickering emulsion prepared by attapulgite which modified with silane coupling agent KH-570 is studied.The results show that the addition and oil-water ratio of modified attapulgite have great influence on the stability of Pickering,and the type conversion and control of Pickering emulsion stabilized by attapulgite can be realized by adjusting the amount of modifier KH-570.
