| 摘 要： | 图书馆文献资源共享是信息化社会的一个必然趋势,但我国文献资源共享现状不容乐观。主观原因是造成文献资源共享的首要障碍。该文从图书馆馆领导、出版单位领导、论文作者、读者四个角度对文献资源共享中的主观性障碍做了深入、细致的分析。

| Abstract: | Sharing documentary resources becomes a tendency of information society. And the present situation in the sharing of documentary resources is far from optimistic in China. Subjective factors pose an obstacle to the sharing of documentary resource. The paper analysis the subjective factors in the sharing of documentary resources in four aspects--the library, the publisher, the author and the library user. |
