| 摘 要： | 本文对６５Ｎｂ 钢应用于刀具方面的强韧化热处理工艺进行了系统研究，着重探讨 了淬火加热温度、保温时间以及回火温度对６５Ｎｂ 钢的组织与性能的影响，在大量实 验的基础上，提出了６５Ｎｂ钢强韧性最佳配合的热处理工艺规范，为６５Ｎｂ钢在刀具 方面的应用提供了可靠的工艺依据。

| Abstract: | The tough strengthening heat treatment technique in 65Nb steel used as tool is studied sy stematically in this paper. The influence of quenching heat- ing temperature, holding time and temper temperature on the structure and properties in 65Nb steel is also discussed here. The heat treatment for the optimal combination of strength and tough in 65Nb based on a number of experiments has been recommended. This paper provides a dependable basis of heat treatment technique for using 65Nb steel on tool. |
